About the Area
HERE’S A BIT OF INFORMATION TO HELP YOU GET TO KNOW OUR PROPERTY AND SUITES.
Our homes are situated right outside of Nelson city limits.

GPS should get you here just fine, but if theres any issues finding us please call Jim for further directions.
PLEASE NOTE:
- You will first turn onto Bealby Rd and then turn left over the train tracks, onto *Bealby Point Rd.*
- Follow Bealby Point Rd until you arrive at the cul da sac.
- Our driveway is to the far right & clearly marked Hickman’s Hideaway 2166.
- When you arrive you will see a large yellow umbrella in front of our first home, which houses both our Vista and Host suites.
- Continue following the driveway past the garage to our second home and you will find our Cali and Loft.
- As a reminder, check in is at 3:00pm and check out is at 10:00am. If an earlier check-in is available, Jim will let you know the day of.
- Quiet time: 10:00pm- 8:00am
No music & no loud voices outside during these hours.
